Returns & Exchanges
In general, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt and either exchanged for a replacement
item or given full credit for the returned items, based on customer preference.
Details
- Please contact us through our support form or send us an email at support@xsgear.com with "Return Request" included in the subject line and your preferences for any returned items in the body of the email. This will alert us to expect your return and ensure that your return is taken care of as quickly as possible.
- Items returned for credit should include a copy of the invoice with the items circled and instructions for what action is to be taken.
- If you need an extra copy of your invoice, you can print one out online from the 'Account' area.
Caveats
- We cannot accept partial returns of items that have been used or distributed unless they are defective in construction. This includes items such as Postcards, Comparison Charts, Stickers, Order Forms, etc.
- Put more simply, please don't use half of your cards and then decide you don't like them and want a refund. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the entire item, and let us know so we can work to make things better.
- Clothing returns must be unworn (trying them on is ok)
